They didn't (IMO) handle lockdown/pandemic shows well, at all.

Maybe this is a sign her character writing should have been left to a female, with profiling knowledge and law enforcement. She's never out for justice so much as as her own, ever changing vendetta of the moment. She is more of a villain than the role Reddington plays. Her entire profession as a "profiler" is just a pathetic trope to have a reason for her being there and is never really used at all. The fact that everyone around her kisses her butt and tells her she's awesome attempting to justify her exceedingly crappy/illegal behavior, doesn't mean the audience is stupid enough to believe it.
